Tourist Season

Memorial Day marks the beginning of tourism and I hate it. Seriously, I was trying to turn down the street I live on and this chick pulled halfway into the Hwy to turn. However, she didn't have her turn signal on. The person next to her had a map--TOURIST!

Honestly, who comes here on their TIME OFF?!?! Most people I know have been waiting their entire lives to ge the hell out, but evey year these idiots flock to see "the natural beauty." Hmmmm...yeah, you can see a wonderful lake next to a smokestack. Lovely view.

Even my biology teacher, who grew up here and moved away just to come back for his wife, hates it here. Seriously, many times he has told us to leave after graduation and never return.

Oh, and speaking of graduation....
I just came home from it. Okay, so maybe I came home, ate some ice cream, and watched some TV first......
Uggghh. Same old stuff. Ronald and I shared our little joke of her saying "That's my cousin" and me saying "Who isn't your cousin?"...then of course it finished off with us both glancing over at RF and giggling.
Ronald and I just kinda shared a look while Dr. Trochinski (sp?) started talking about a whole bunch of stuff. That man is insane.
After the ceremony I went out into the Commons and talked to Metzo Piano for a bit. I walked around trying to find Pink Piggy, and when I turned around there was Man-pretty.

*Insert massive amounts of tears here*

Oh my gosh. I kinda got some tears on his robe...sorry about that!
He and MP (I just realized both their nicknames' initials are MP :P) are the seniors I will miss the most.
I'm going to miss them both so much. To be honest with you, I'll probably miss Man-pretty more. He's one of the best friends I've ever had. I mean, I can actually talk to him without feeling inferior or just plain stupid. He tells me when I'm being stupid, but he's my favorite.

I can't even imagine what next year's going to be like without him.

Officially switching topics.

We had a game Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Wednesday I was swamped with homework and had a doctor's appointment my doctor stood me up for. Friday...hmmm...I got home, took a nap, woke up, and went to bed.

The Tuesday game was horrid (as was the Thursday game, but we won't go there). We were playing Washburn: a team that has lost ONE game all season--We've won ONE game all season. It was meant to be brutal. Five minutes into the game I took a hit to the ankle and was out for the rest of the game. Watching from the bench is hard. Coach wouldn't even let me TRY going back in. I guess he wanted me rested up for regionals.
It still hurts like a freaking mother. The sad thing is it was my left ankle: my good ankle. So now I have tendonitis in both ankles and some messed up thing with my left. Good times.

We march tomorrow! The little march group is cool for this march. I love the whole marching in the front with the low brass/woodwinds. I can't remember exactly who's all near the general vicinity as I am, but I know Ronald, J-J, Random Freshman, Where's the Garbage, Ju Freaking Wolf, Grandpa Stick, and HWSFRN.

Uggghh, Grandpa Stick...I accidentally told him I wanted his body, but I was joking....he won't stop. He decided he was going to change in the band room while I was playing all up on the piano, so he now claims that I was playing his "stripping music."
He's an amusing guy.

I dyed my hair purple. Not perminantly of course, my dad won't let me. Sadly the worst comment didn't come from HWSFRN. HWSFRN said my head looked like barf, but the next day he kinda gave my a compliment. I say "kinda" because he stood there for two minutes saying how I "didn't look as bad as usual" and how "it kinda fits"...then he just said I looked nice....then burned me.
Ugggh, no the meanest comment actually came from none other than Mr. Peterson.
Ju Freaking Wolf and I were eating lunch and he walked up to the table and stared at me for a while. You have to understand Ju Freaking Wolf knows how I feel about Mr. Peterson, so the entire time he was staring I just turned bright red while she laughed.
Then of course he made a mean comment, laughed, and walked away.

I never thought I'd see the day when Mr. Peterson was more of an ass than HWSFRN.
